Project Overview
CAN Capital needed a cohesive brand experience that could scale across campaigns, customer communications, and digital products. My role as the in-house creative lead focused on creating compelling visuals and messaging that supported acquisition, engagement, and retention—while building trust with small business owners through clarity and consistency.

My Role
As the in-house creative, I was responsible for shaping CAN Capital’s visual and content strategy across every major channel. I led creative planning and execution for campaigns, digital experiences, and marketing collateral, building brand consistency from the ground up. My work included writing and designing multi-touch campaigns, crafting messaging for emails, social, and landing pages, and developing design systems to streamline production. I also led the UX design for the new digital application and merchant portal, and supported tradeshow planning with branded displays and print materials.
